Bought a truck from Mitch Nelson today. Had a great experience and walked away very satisfied. He was very accommodating and was good at his job. The truck only had one key and they made sure to get a second one made without me even asking. Was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Enjoyed speaking with the used car manager. Very laid back and light environment. Absolutely zero pressure sale! I will be returning when my wife needs her next car!

This dealership is awesome. They have gone above and beyond a few times for us. Chris our sales rep is amazing. Hes patient. Not pushy. My kids can be rowdy at times and not 1 person there even blinks at there craziness. If i could give 10 stars I would. Jay in finance went above and beyond for us as well. Brett Mallory has helped us out getting a new car twice now. The first time my husband hit a deer with our car and totaled it. We went to Betten Baker and met Brett. He was able to get us into a car fast even with not so good credit. We was renting a car so getting it done fast was nice. Then 2 years later unfortunately our car was vandalized and totaled. We went right to Brett for our next car. The finance guy gave us some hints to better our credit and we did everything he said and so this time we had better credit. Brett got us into a brand new 2020 Buick Encore GX. We love it! When we need to get another care (hopefully not because it is totaled) we plan to go back.

Recently my wife Janet and I purchased a previously owned GMC Sierra Denali pickup. Our sales person was Christi Foster. Christi is a true professional and she cares for her clients from the time she says hello to have a great day. We have dealt with sales persons and dealers for over 50 years and never have found anyone that knows their product, paperwork, market, and competition better than Christi. She truly cares for and about her clients. She worked through several problems with the vehicle and when she was done our new truck as as good as any new truck could be.
